for Industry

ADITIVNÍ.cz designs and manufactures functional parts, jigs and prototypes, and advises on additive manufacturing independently of any printer or material vendor. We do our own engineering, print on our own machines in Olomouc, Czech Republic, and use proven industrial additive manufacturing centres for technologies we do not run in-house.

What We Do

Four services, listed in the order our customers usually need them – from finding the opportunity to delivering the part. We do not sell printers or materials, so our advice is not tied to anyone's product range.

1. Production audit

We walk your operation and pick out the parts where additive manufacturing pays off soonest: items with long lead times, expensive OEM spares, assembly jigs and ergonomic shortcomings on the line. You receive an estimate of the savings and the payback, together with an action plan saying what to start with.

2. Design for additive manufacturing

We do our own engineering and design: new parts from a brief, sketch or sample, redesign of existing parts for printability, and consolidation of several components into a single printed piece. The design is verified with a fit-and-function prototype from our own print farm before it goes into production.

3. Additive part manufacturing

You describe the requirement and we deliver finished parts ready to fit – functional prototypes, production jigs and tooling, spare parts and end-use parts. Volumes run from a single piece to small series, which is where additive manufacturing is at its strongest.

4. 3D printing adoption

Whether you are still considering 3D printing or already own a printer and want more out of it, we help you choose the first applications and the right technology, and work out the return on the investment. We do not sell printers, so there is no reason for us to bend the recommendation.

Our Manufacturing Facilities

Some technologies we run ourselves in Olomouc; others we arrange through partners and proven industrial centres. We always say which is which.

In-house · Olomouc

FFF/FDM print farm

Our own print farm runs FFF/FDM in technical thermoplastics, from ABS and ASA through to carbon-filled PC-CF, PAHT-CF and PPS-CF. This is where fast iterations, fit-and-function prototypes and larger parts are printed, under our own roof.

SLA on Formlabs Form 4

Stereolithography runs on our own Formlabs Form 4, so resin parts are made in-house as well. It is the route for smooth surfaces and sharp detail – enclosures, fluidic features, moulds and small functional components in rigid, tough or flexible resins.

With a partner

CFR composites – Markforged

Continuous-fibre-reinforced composites are printed on Markforged equipment in cooperation with a university facility in Olomouc. Reinforcement with carbon, aramid or glass fibre gives brackets, arms and robotic effectors strength comparable to aluminium at a fraction of the weight.

Industrial centres

SLS and metal SLM

Polyamide powder parts (SLS) and metal parts (SLM) are arranged through proven industrial additive manufacturing centres. They are produced outside Olomouc, so the lead time is longer than for parts from our own machines – we confirm it with the quotation.

No single technology suits everything. If 3D printing is not the right answer for your part – a simple shape that is cheaper to machine or to buy, a series large enough to pay for a mould, or a property or certification we cannot guarantee – we will say so and point you towards a more suitable manufacturing route.

Selected Projects

Most of our work is covered by confidentiality. Two projects we are able to show:

LASRONIX EDGE – effector for laser cladding

Application. The Czech team LASRONIX EDGE needed a combined effector to carry a laser cladding head on a collaborative robot – a part that has to be stiff and light at the same time, and that no catalogue offers.

Our role. We designed the effector ourselves and printed it from PAHT-CF, a carbon-filled polyamide chosen for its stiffness and its temperature resistance close to the process.

Result. The printed effector is mounted and running on the cobot workstation; the video shows it in operation.

Monster Protect – brackets and an air pre-cleaner

Application. Heavy machinery is routinely fitted with accessories no manufacturer offers as standard. A demonstration SDLG machine presented by Monster Protect carries three sets of printed parts, from custom-made brackets to a complex, fully functional air pre-cleaner meant to cut spending on air filters.

Our role. We designed and printed the parts at ADITIVNÍ.cz, working with Jiří Kamarád of Monster Protect and RSC.

Result. The parts are fitted and working on the machine, and were shown publicly at the Den zemědělce agricultural show in Unčovice near Olomouc on 9 and 10 September 2026.

How We Work

A typical part project runs through four steps. A full production audit is a service in its own right – it is not a prerequisite for placing an order.

Assess

We look at the part or the requirement and say whether additive manufacturing is the right route – and which technology and material fit.

Design

Design

We design the part or adjust its geometry for printability, strength and cost. A drawing, a sample or a detailed sketch is enough to start.

Manufacture

Manufacture

We print on our own machines, or in a proven industrial additive manufacturing centre where the part calls for a technology we do not run in-house.

Deliver

Deliver

You receive finished parts ready to fit. For repeat orders we keep the data on file so the next batch matches the first.

Who Is Behind ADITIVNÍ.cz

ADITIVNÍ.cz is the practice of Ing. Tomáš VÍT, who has worked with 3D technologies for more than twenty years – from desktop machines to industrial systems and production use in Czech companies.

That experience belongs to one engineer, not to a brand: the same person who assesses your part does the engineering for it and stands behind what comes off the printer. Advice is given independently of printer and material vendors, because we sell neither.
